Adult gymnastics Bradford
Adult gymnastics sessions are informal, fun and friendly, building balance, strength and co-ordination. Our classes are all run by vetted British Gymnastics accredited coaches. Sessions focus on getting the basics of gymnastics fitness with the fun of learning somersaults and using the apparatus. Beam, vault, bars and floor for women. Floor, pommels, rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar for the men. These classes are for all adults of 16 years and above and you do not need any experience of gymnastics. Everyone works toward personal goals, whether that be a cartwheel or a back somersault.

In June 2022, TK Gymfit Community Interest Club (CIC) was formed to better support the local community. A CIC will be able to apply for grants which could subsidise fees and obtain access to educational courses for young people (hence the new bank details).
