Ideally, you will get into a routine of the same class time each week so your toddler can make class friends and we can keep them on their toes with different challenges. However, you also have the flexibility of attending which ever class works for you that week (we know that little ones sometimes have a bad nights sleep/ snotty noses/ grumpy days) and that lots of parents work shift patterns…. or can be running late themselves!

Classes will be structured with a coach present who will guide you through with music and small hand apparatus activities as well as giving you and your child some pointers to develop their agility, balance, co-ordination, confidence and strength!
